ANWB Streetwise Digital – Traffic Education in Moodle for Primary Education

In collaboration with Moodle Premium Partner Avetica, Ldesign Media developed custom solutions for the ANWB Streetwise learning environment within Moodle Workplace. This interactive traffic education program, aimed at primary school students, was transformed into a user-friendly online learning pathway featuring playful elements, storylines, and challenges.

Our contributions included:

• Custom Learning Environment per School: Tailored interfaces to meet the unique needs of each educational institution.
• Virtual City Interface: A visual platform with unlockable lessons and gamification elements to enhance engagement.
• Modules for Both Classroom and Individual Learning: Including group assignments to foster collaboration.
• Tools for Teacher Management: Features for monitoring student progress and issuing certifications.

With this solution, ANWB has successfully digitized and enlivened traffic education on a large scale. Streetwise Digital is now active in hundreds of schools and continues to expand.
