GuardLMS - Website & LMS Security Monitoring

That is why we built GuardLMS: a monitoring platform that keeps watching continuously and warns you when action is needed.

GuardLMS continuously watches over the security of your environment, on far more fronts than you could ever keep up with manually. The platform runs automated penetration tests, checks security settings and configurations, monitors availability, SSL certificates and DNS and email security, and flags known vulnerabilities (CVEs) in recognised software as soon as they become public. Available updates, security headers and JavaScript errors are covered as well. Everything comes together in one dashboard: you see where the risks are, which components need attention and how the situation develops.

Alerts arrive through the channels that suit your organisation, such as email or Slack. Clear reports and automated audit reports help you discuss improvements with your administrator, IT partner or management, so you know what is going on and what to tackle first.

GuardLMS grew out of our Moodle™ experience, but it looks beyond the learning environment. The platform recognises more than 25 systems, including WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Moodle™ and Canvas. Other web applications and custom-built websites can be added to your monitoring as well. That way your company website, customer portal and learning environment come together in a single overview. Handy for organisations with multiple platforms, and for agencies and IT partners managing environments for their clients.

For Moodle™ we also offer our own plugin in the official Moodle™ Marketplace. It connects your learning platform in one click and gives GuardLMS extra insight into installed plugins, available updates and relevant settings. Privacy comes first: no personal data ever leaves the site.
