Migration on staging
We run the full migration and upgrade on a staging environment first. Grades, certificates, progress, roles and custom work are verified before anything changes on your live environment.

Controlled go-live
We schedule the switch outside teaching hours, with minimal downtime and a predefined rollback scenario. You only go live once everything is approved.

Aftercare & maintenance
After go-live we stay available for security patches, updates and further development, under a fixed maintenance contract with SLA. You never fall behind again.

The biggest worry in any migration is data loss. That is why we always migrate on a staging environment first and verify grades, certificates, course progress and user roles in detail. Only once everything is demonstrably correct do we go live. Your learning environment runs on open-source Moodle™: you keep ownership of your data and your code, with no per-user licence fees and no vendor lock-in.
