Ldesign Media is looking for reinforcements! The company has been around for 18 years and specialises in web applications built with the Moodle™ software platform. We work for various companies such as Nedap and Yuverta. Recent growth in the number of orders requires an expansion in our capacity. Ldesign Media is a small and young company with great career opportunities.
What you will do
Planning & coordination
New tasks coming in? You distribute them smartly via Clickup/Jira and monitor progress as coordinator and planner.
Administration
You prepare invoices, check that all data is correct and send them on time as coordinator and administrative assistant.
Team communication
Up-to-date status overview, deadline reminders and an open line with colleagues as coordinator and planner.
Office Management
Arrange a tidy, clean workplace (cleaning planning, inventory management, tiny fixes) as office coordinator.
This is you
Structured, proactive and not afraid to speak to colleagues.
Experience with planning or project tools (ClickUp, Jira, e-Accounting, or similar)
Good command of Dutch and English.
16 hours available, spread over 3—4 days (morning/afternoon in consultation).
What we offer

Dynamic part-time role of 16 hours a week as coordinator and planner in a creative tech team for 7-8 months with a chance of renewal.

Flexible working hours preferably spread over 3 to 4 days — great to combine with study, family or side project.

Preferably available as soon as possible and preferably by October (no later than November 1).

Optional hybrid works in consultation.

Gross €1,200 — €1,400 p/m at 16 hours a week.
